The YVF2 Series Variable-Frequency Speed Control Specialized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor is an advanced drive product designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the machinery industry standard JB/T 7118. This series of motors is specifically engineered for inverter-driven applications, effectively addressing common issues such as overheating, vibration, and insulation failure encountered by standard motors during variable-frequency speed regulation. It delivers smooth, efficient, and stable operation across a wide frequency range, making it an ideal power core for modern industrial automation, energy-saving retrofits, and precision speed control drive systems.

Designed Specifically for Variable Frequency Operation: The electromagnetic design is specially optimized to maintain excellent performance under variable frequency power supply, effectively suppressing high-order harmonic influences while reducing temperature rise and noise.

Wide-Range Constant Torque/Constant Power Operation:

  • 5–50 Hz: Enables constant torque speed regulation, ensuring sufficient load-driving capability in the low-speed range to meet demands for startup and heavy-duty low-speed operation.
  • 50–100 Hz: Provides constant power speed regulation, extending the mechanical high-speed operating range and enhancing production efficiency.

High-Reliability Insulation System: Utilizes Class F (155°C) insulation materials, treated with specialized Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) technology. The robust insulation structure offers strong resistance to corona and voltage surges, effectively withstanding peak voltages generated by inverters, resulting in a lifespan far exceeding that of standard motors.

Efficient Cooling Structure: Adopts the IC416 (Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled with Independent Fan) cooling method. An independently driven forced cooling fan ensures adequate airflow even during low-speed operation (when the motor’s own cooling fan speed decreases), guaranteeing effective cooling across the entire speed range and preventing overheating.

Robust Protection Capability: With a high protection rating of IP54, the motor effectively prevents dust ingress and water splashes from all directions, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments such as those with dust or humidity.

Excellent Mechanical Performance: The rotor is dynamically balanced, and the bearing housing and bearings are specially designed, significantly reducing vibration and noise while enhancing mechanical stability across a wide frequency range.
