The YD Series Pole-Changing Multi-Speed Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor is a classic drive product professionally designed and manufactured in accordance with the mechanical industry standard JB/T 7127. This series of motors adopts a unique single-winding pole-changing or multi-winding design. By altering the connection method of the internal motor windings, two or more specific stable speeds can be obtained (such as combinations like 2-pole/4-pole, 4-pole/8-pole, 6-pole/8-pole, etc.). It provides a cost-effective, step-speed regulation solution with a simple structure and reliable operation. Without the need for complex frequency conversion equipment, it can meet the requirements of machinery and equipment for fixed speeds at different process stages.
Reliable Pole-changing Speed Regulation: Speed changes in a stepwise manner by altering the number of motor pole pairs through switching the stator winding connection (e.g., △/YY, Y/YY, etc.) via an external changeover switch or contactor. This method offers direct control, simple circuitry, and easy maintenance.
Robust Industrial Design: Compact in structure and stable in operation. It employs the IC411 (self-ventilated) cooling method, providing effective self-cooling capability at rated speeds.
Broad Environmental Adaptability: With a protection class of IP44, it prevents the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm in diameter and protects against water splashes from all directions, making it suitable for most industrial environments.
