The machines will be surrounded by foam and then packed by standard wooden carton. It is very safety!

For the machines we have in stock, we can ship them out wihitn 7 working days and for the ones we have not in stock, we will send them out 15-35 working days after we get the deposit.

1. Installation And Training Service

The technicians are available for oversea installation and operation training and DVD can provided to customer.

2. Inspection Before Delivery

Before delivery, a detailed checklist of tasks is carefully executed and the results will be delivered to customer to confirm. HS can also provide the third party certification if customer request it.

3. After Service

1). For any parts’ problem, HS will offer parts / accessories without any charge within 18month.

2). HS technicians can also go to site to repair and maintain the machines freely and the customer just need to pay for the air tickets cost.

1. Can you customize the product?

Yes, we accept customize as per of customers requirements.

2. Which payment terms are you doing?

T/T in advance. 30% of down payment, the rest of 70% of payment should be paid before delivery.

3. Which shipment is available?

By sea, by air ,by express is available or as for your requirement.

4. How long is the delivery time?

It depends on the transportation method. Normally the delivery time of express and air tranport is about 5-10 days. The sea transport is about 25-30 days.
