SHIBO-1600VF vacuum furnace lab furnace SHIBO-1600VF box Furnace is vertical tube furnace with 6" diameter one end closed alumina tube and stainless steel flange / ball valve. It is designed for processing advanced material up to 1600oC. The Precision digital temperature controller with 51 segments programmable is built in the furnace with 1oC accuracy.

1. High quality Ni-Cr-Al resistance wire as heating element. Max. temperature can reach 1200°C,
