Theory of the equipment

SYH three dimensional motion mixer is extensively applied to pharmacy, chemical engineering, food, metallurgy, light industry and research unit, able to very evenly mix powdery or granular materials with good mobility, to make the materials perfected mixed. In running of the equipment, the mixing drum has action of polydirectional running, which accelerates flow and diffusional effect in mixing process of various materials and avoids the material gravity segregation and amassing caused by centrifugal action in using conventional mixing machines, eliminating the dead spot in mixing and guaranteeing the best quality of mixed materials.

Equipment structure

The machine is composed of base, drive system, electric control system, polydirectional kinematic mechanism, mixing drum, etc. The mixing drum directly contacting the materials is made from stainless steel, and inner and outer wall is all polished. The device completely meets GMP requirement.

Characteristics of the equipment

1.The equipment needs not to set base, installation and servicing are convenient, and performance life is long.

2.Mixing effect is good, mixing time is short, and degree of homogeneity is up to 99.5%.

3.Coefficient of charge is up to 85%, being more than 2 times that of conventional rotary mixing machines.

4.Low height, small gyration space, generally no need for spring layer for building.

5.Replaceable mixing drum, simple installation, no dead spot or residual in discharging, easy cleaning, conforming to GMP requirements.

6.Able to be started at a low speed, run stably at rated speed, and shut down at fixed time at decelerating speed.
