Introduction:

The oil press machine is to press the grease from oil plants to activate the oil molecule through increasing temperature by means of mechanical external force,commonly used in peanut,bean,sesame,rapeseed,cottonseed,sesamum, walnut,camellia seed,etc.It’s quite suitable for users with simple structure,easy operation and high output.

Working Principle:

Oil plants will enter into the chamber from the hopper and are pushed for pressing by screw.Under high pressure,there is the friction produced between material and screw and the chamber,which forms relative movement.On the other hand,the root diameter of screw is thickened while the pitch of the screw is reduced.Thus,the screw thread will not only push the material forward but also revolve them outside as the screw rotates.Meanwhile,the material layer close to the surface of the screw thread rotates along with the axle.Each particle of materials doesn’t move at the same speed and the same direction which leads to relative movement.The heat caused by friction is necessary for oil pressing which is favorable for protein thermal denaturation.It destroys colloid,strengthens plasticity and reduces the oil precipitation resulting in improving the efficiency.The oil is pressed and discharged from the round and bar gaps.
