Differences between cold press and hot press

Cold press means oil seeds are pressed under normal and low temperature. This can make sure the nutrition of oil seeds not being damaged. And it’s helpful for people’s health. When cooking, it will produce less cooking fumes than hot press, which can solve the troubles of some housewives.

Hot press means oil seeds are pressed after being heated with high temperature. Hot oil press is crude oil, which is deep in color and high in acid value. This has higher oil yield and more fragrant flavor than cold press. But hot press may damage biologically active form of oil seeds.

Customers can choose oil press machine according to the local conditions. Some countries like cold press, and some like hot press. Whichever type you choose, we provide the machines that can satisfy you.

Name: Screw thread

The screw thread is made of Cr12 die steel. Cr12 die steel has a high resistance to abrasion, which can prolong the service life of the machine.
And our screw thread adopts three-garde press, which can press the materials competely.

Machine Part 2

Name: Grooves for material rotation

There is groove in both side of each screw row. It can make sure that the material can rotate in the press cage.
And it also can make the material pressed fully.
With grooves on the screw row, 5% oil yield can be improved.

Name: The inner part of control system
